Texoma Medical Center, a 403-bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Our main campus is located in Denison, Texas, approximately one hour north of the Dallas/Fort Worth area and just south of the Texas/Oklahoma border. In addition, we have numerous facilities in locations throughout the Texoma region.

Under the direction of the Market Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Director of TMC is responsible to effectively manage the TMC Human Resource Department to include all HR processes, administer hospital employment practices, recruit and hire qualified candidates, effectively handle routine employee relations issues, employee terminations, New Employee Orientation, salary administration, compensation practices and benefits programs, represent the department as Chair or Member on a variety of applicable committees. Ensure that compensation is appropriately handled in a fair and consistent manner, properly documented and executed timely. Effectively communicate with all levels of management and employees. Escalate concerns appropriately in conjunction with the TMC Market Director, Human Resources. Coordinate efforts with the TMC Market. Develop and update established Human Resource policies, goals and objectives; performance improvement and safety standards. Adhere to all regulatory agency requirements and accrediting body standards: CMS, The Joint Commission, etc. Consistently demonstrate effective leadership skills so as to professionally lead the TMC Human Resources Department.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
